I'm 14 and I had all 3 of my shots. The first one was fine, but the rest left my arm sore for about 4-5 days. But i'm completely done with them. About 3 months I got all 3 of them I have pebble size white dots on my right arm. They are all in different spots of the places of the injection site. They don't hurt but they are bright white spots.

I have been in a serious relationship for 5 years I was on the pill for at 7 years when we got married in June we decided it was time for me to stop taking the pill.. I had my first Gardasil shot and everything was fine just really sore injection site and sore arm. When i went to get my 2nd shot they made me sign all the paper work again to get the shot.. I asked it it was standard procedure to resign these papers and she said no why.. I said because i have done this once and this is my 2nd shot.. She insisted that it was my first. When i got done i asked the lady at the desk and she said she had no record of it and i was like well something is wrong here you may have no proof but i know because remember my arm hurting.. She finally had to call my ins co. to see if they billed me once before.. Lo and behold i was right! I just go t my 3rd shot right about the time my period was going to be here and it has been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my period which is really unusual because I am always on time.. I have taken 3 pregnancy all which are negative. However last month my husband and I were really active during that "Window" to get pregnant. I was talking with my mother about it and she said that she had to get a blood test to show that she was pregnant with me.. So i don't know if i need to get blood taken or just think my missing period is because of this damn drug.

This drug nearly killed my 17 year old daughter! She began with injection site soreness followed by headaches and back pain. Then began having seizures after her second injection along with disorientation, and memory loss. Who is Merick, the FDA and CDEC trying to fool? We are seeking legal representation and I would recommend anyone who has had their child mailed by this drug do the same. Our children are not test subjects for pharmaceutical companies!

I've had all 3 shots and 2 out of the 3 times, i felt faint, and a little soreness at the injection site. Now feeling faint with needles is not new for me. I felt faint when i got my belly button pierced, when i get blood drawn, even after having other vaccines such as the Rubella booster shot for my job so i don't think my side effects were linked to JUST Gardasil. I think everyone is different, and have different side effects depends on their health, age, etc. If i had a daughter though, I believe I would just wait it out and let there be more research on the vaccine before I'd let her get it.

With my first Gardasil vaccination I had a good deal of pain, comparative to a Tetnus shot. It lasted almost a few weeks before the area wasn't sore. The second round hurt much less but I also had a fever with aches, pains and chills. This lasted a day or so. The third shot was sore for a few days and left a good size lump in my arm around the injection site for a few weeks.

I got my second gardasil shot on March 25th, and was supposed to start my period two days ago. After the first shot i dont remember having any real side effects, but after the second i had a hard spot at the injection site that eventually went away. My stepmom (who's a nurse) told me they didnt give me the shot in the right area, but that nothing was wrong. I thought i might be pregnant and took a pregnancy test that came out negative. I've been freaking out until i thought it could be from this shot because normally my periods area really regular. I hope im not pregnant :(

After first injection I noticed a large cyst-like area where the injection site was. It was still hard when I went in for the second shot. Now after the third and final shot which I received over a month ago, I now have a pimple with a head and a larger hard area that is quite painful where the injection was given.

Ok I haven't had any crazy adverse effects as of yet but I thought I would post what I am going through with my reaction to Gardasil. I'm 22, received my first shot in Oct.2007 (in my Right arm) and completely forgot to go back for the rest of the series, honest! (I never wrote it down, and since it's kinda up to me to go back on my own, I forgot about it after a week or so.) Anyway, my first shot went pretty well. On the day of the injection, I had no pain after receiving the shot but the next day, I woke up feeling like I had slept on my arm all night. The feeling didn't go away after my morning routine of getting dressed and started to hurt pretty badly. The whole entire day it was difficult to lift my arm and flex the muscles while I was at work but I was told by a friend that she had the same exact reaction when she got her shot of Gardasil. I brushed it off and the next day I was pretty much back to normal! I didn't think twice about it until I went in for my annual this week and they asked if I had completed the series of Gardasil shots yet. (oops) I told them no, and they gave me the shot on Saturday (Nov/1/08) they said there was no reason why I shouldn't continue getting the series but I really HAVE to come back in 2 months (I wrote it down this time)

All of Saturday went by with no real pain at all just like before. I woke up on Sunday expecting to feel like my arm had been run over or something but was pleasantly surprised that the injection site was the only area on my arm that was bothering me! It was a little raised/swollen and kind of itchy so I avoided irritating it as much as possible. Well it's 2:27am on Tuesday and I'm still having these symptoms. In fact, it itches more, is still raised and I feel another small bump very close to the injection site and under the skin. I have to admit that while these symptoms don't appear to be serious, I am a little nervous about how long they have lasted. Reading these posts about such serious adverse reactions to this Vaccine isn't helping much either! I don't know if I want to finish the series now! It seems like a lot of people have had different reactions during a different phase in the vaccine, making it unpredictable. Meanwhile, my friend completed all 3 injections earlier this year with little to no side effects at all! I want to know if this is normal because the only place I've found "itchiness" as a side effect on the Gardasil page is under allergic reactions and accompanied by hives, rash, difficulty breathing, etc. and I have had none of these. I want to ask my doctor about it but when I told her about the pain in my arm last year she said it was normal, so why would she say anything different about itching?
