Fosamax and stiff

I have been taking 70 mg of Fosamax weekly for 3 years or more. At first I noticed numbness at the end of one big toe. Some years later the numbness and tingling has spread to all toes, the whole foot and the ankles. I feel that I am walking like "stiff dolly". Now my feet are cramping regularly. I am also taking Lipitor. Which drug will I blame??
My hair is also falling out and I have mental lethargy and difficulty sleeeping.

After taking Fosamax for 8 months I suddenly developed very stiff and painful fingers and my toes really ached. I went to a rheumatologist and asked about arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis and the Dr. just gave me vioxx. It probably dulls the pain, but I can't help but think since my xrays were ok and the blood tests were ok that the culprit may be Fosamax. I never had any slow build up of arthritis and I'm 52.
