Sometimes, I can feel and hear a growling noise in my left side at the base of my ribs. Has anyone else experienced this?....Thanks

I am an avid exercise person and I've noticed my legs are aching and hurt and my lower back (on left side) hurts like heck. I'm thinking I'm done with this stuff. It's a new drug and someone else can be the guinea pigs. Pris
