Painfull blisters

I am currently taking NEXAVAR 400 mg daily but I am getting huge painful blisters in my hands and feet and I can't walk. Is there anything I can do to improve this condition? My Dr. told me to stop taking it for a few days and then take it back again (like after 3 days) but this means I have to interrupt my treatment.
